[Azden] Azden PCS-6000 CPU reset

Found it!!!!!

I thought there was a place that I had shorted with a small 
screwdriver (years ago).  Looking around I finally, after much 
looking, found two pads on a PC board that were labeled "Rset".  I 
jumped those with a screwdriver, and bingo.  CPU is reset.
