My recently acquired radio does 30 watts out on high power into a dummy load.It does 10 watts on low power which is acceptable. The schematic shows two pots in the APC control circuit,VR-8 and VR-9.Do these set the high and low power out or set the threshold for the fold back circuit? Any description of these pots is appreciated. 73, Bob
