[Azden] Mic Pins needed for 2000

I can provide that info if I go to the file cabinet, but I'd like to
suggest something different that has worked very well on the 3000.
Install into the microphone (assuming you actually have one) a stereo
jack of the miniature variety. That's the one with the diameter of less
than 1/8 inch. It mounts very nicely on the side.
Connect one side of the jack to PTT and the other to the microphone.
Then, make up a cable from the TNC that has two plugs on it. One is mono
and an 1/8 inch dia that goes to the speaker output jack on the 2000
(receive audio). The other matches the jack on the microphone and
carries transmit audio and PTT. You use different diameter jacks/plugs
so that you cannot interchange them.
Then, when you want to use the TNC, you connect both plugs. When you
want to use the set normally, you remove the plugs and off you go.
