      Looks like I have egg on my face.  Didn't see that in the manual and I
had one of these when they first came out.  Thanks for pointing me in the
right direction.

That's easy....

You don't have the X Y Z F B V switch in the correct position.  It's in
"Y" and should be in "F"

I assume you don't have a manual?
