Do you mean "default" settings? Yes.
If you mean "problem areas," then none that I can think of.

Not enough to be noticeable on either simplex or thru
the ten-meter repeaters.  Appears very stable.  I have
had one mobile for about 5 years... no troubles.

10 watts

That is the High-power setting as it comes from
the factory.   You can adjust it to whatever power
you want, however.  Same for low-power setting....it
it also adjustable.

Nothing but good comments here....   The programming is different
from any other radio you will find, but when you get used to it, it's OK.
