Thanks. I live in Oklahoma. I plan to stay in Oklahoma. My topic is the
failure of the FCC to help me renew my Ham Radio License. I think this
message is meets all of your requirements.
And, I did get some advice from a retired Oklahoma Section Manager. Thank
you Kevin for telling me how to do this outside of the FCC, which after 2
weeks still has not responded to me regarding this issue.

Subject: [ARRL-OK] License Renewal

I can not get a correct response from the FCC to renew my ham license. They
show that they are going to send me an 'email' with the application and fee
payment. I never get it.

I give them my FRN number, my call sign, name, addr, email addr, etc. and
never get an email back from them. I've been on their site 3 or 4 times and
still haven't received their email

They show that I am "Eligible", but can't finish my renewal. Is there any
other way to do this outside of the FCC?
