  Oklahoma ARES Sunday afternoon HF Net will now  be meeting at 3:30 CST on Nov 5th because of the fall time change.  
21:30 UTC stays the same but the due to a one hour fall time change this coming weekend Nov 5th the net will start at 3:30 pm  local time.
Net Control this week is WB5ONA (Nelson). 
The frequency is 3.900MHZ unless conditions are not usable then 7.260MHZ will be used.
