Flexibility is the most significant element that radio amateurs bring in the world of emergency communications. Amateurs easily adjust our efforts to fit the needs of the mission.


With that in mind...

Given the current band/traffic conditions and based on feedback/suggestions from our net controller group, we're making an adjustment as to which band will be primary operational choice for ARES-OK Statewide HF net effective immediately. The frequency choices are unchanged.


ARES-OK Statewide HF net Every Sunday 2130Hrs UTC:

3900KHz Lower Sideband Phone (+/- QRM) PRIMARY
If conditions require the alternate frequency will be at:
7260KHz Lower Sideband Phone (+/- QRM) ALTERNATE
