Hi to all

Very soon we will be asked to vote for our Director of the West Gulf
Division.  Our current Director, John Stratton, has an opponent.

You should receive a ballot between now and Oct 1st - make sure to make your
vote count and return it to ARRL by November 15th.

*	Full members in the West Gulf Division in good standing as of
September 10, 2019, will have the opportunity to cast ballots.
*	Official paper ballots and candidates' statements will be mailed no
later than October 1, 2019, to members who are eligible to vote.
*	Completed ballots must be received at the address on the envelope
provided by noon Eastern Time on Friday, November 15, 2019.
