An Amendment permitting the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management in cooperation with governmental entities, individual volunteers and volunteer organizations, to develop a program, database or registry of individuals involved in the tracking and science of weather related events so they can be monitored and coordinated to facilitate and ensure public safety for first responders and the general public.
