Ham Radio Class in Okmulgee County Starting March 5th.
Please pass this on to anyone interested in becoming a Ham Radio Operator.
The Okmulgee County Skywarn Team, and the Okmulgee County Office of Emergency Management would like to invite you to our 3rd Technician license class. This is a hands on course that is designed to prepare you to pass the technician license exam. The course is taught by an ARRL registered Volunteer Instructor in collaboration with local licensed operators and is provided free of charge. The ARRL Technician License Manual is recommended but not required; supplimentay instructional materials will be provided. Classes will be held on Thursdays beginning March 5th, and will last 6 weeks with an ARRL test session to follow. To sign up in advance please contact:
