[ARRL-OK] Small Piece of Aluminum Tubing Needed

Hi, all. 
 
I am attempting to repair the trap of a Cushcraft trap vertical that was folded over by straight wind or maybe wind that accompanied ice loading. 
 
The piece I need is 3/4 inch outside diameter and 10 inches long.  Desired wall thickness is .058 inches.  A similar length of 1/2 inch tubing would useful to insert inside the 3/4 inch tubing for added strength at what was obviously a weak spot.
