Why on earth should we limit this discussion to the ARRL-Oklahoma list? 
 
My guess is that fewer than 50% of Oklahoma hams are ARRL members and even fewer are on that list. 
 
This IS a matter that should concern ALL Oklahoma hams; from both operating AND civil liberties and rights standpoints. 
  
AND the moderator of the OKTraders group has already given his approval for the discussion there. 
 
We CAN disagree without being disagreeable!
