Hi, Kevin (and others). 
 
While I sincerely wish these CCIRs didn't exist, they ARE a contract voluntarily entered into by a buyer.  If you don't want to live by such restrictions, don't buy the property! 
 
To me, a contract is a contract.  A promise made is like any other promise, a promise to be kept. 
 
To have government abrogate that contract is purely theft of somebody else's property and rights. 
 
We already have too much tyrannical government and I strongly disapprove of adding any more power to that tyranny.

Attention ARRL Members in the OK-3rd Congressional District.  Your
Congressman is Rep Frank Lucas and we need him to co-sponsor HR4969.  

Recently, you received a West Gulf Division newsletter discussing the
details and the importance of HR4969, The Amateur Radio Parity Act of
2014, to the future of amateur radio.  

I will be making a special visit to Washington, D.C. on September 15,
16 and 17th to influence Congressmen to co-sponsor HR4969 and this is
how I need you to support the effort.

and print out the Congressional support letter.  Complete the letter as
per instructions and be certain to sign it!

increase the significance of my visits.
