Per the area weather wizards....
The weather forecast for the Green Country Hamfest in Claremore, OK this weekend is:
 	* Silght chance of showers after noon, cloudy, with a high near 62. Breezy.  
	*  Inside the nice Claremore Expo it will be dry and 70 to 72 degrees will lots of bargains, and fun radio stuff.
	* After hamfest into Saturday night Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Cloudy, with a low around 50

Friday and Saturday, March 8th & 9th, 2013 
Doors open: Fri. 5pm-9pm   -   Saturday 8am-3pm

Claremore Expo Center , 400 Veterans Parkway , Claremore , OK 74017

What’s happening:
The annual Green Country Hamfestwill host the ARRL Oklahoma Section
Convention (ARRL – The national association for Amateur Radio).  

This is the largest gathering of amateur radio operators and radio sport enthusiasts in Oklahoma .  Visitors will be attending from all over Oklahoma and the surrounding states.  The Claremore Expo Center in the heart of Will Rogers country is an ideal location for this convention with free parking, ample space for the many displays, vendors/dealers, and education forums.  The Green Country Hamfest is open to all radio hobbyist, interested members of the public and their families.

This is a great opportunity for amateur radio operators and interested parties to learn more about this exciting hobby and valuable asset to our communities’ amateur radio is during disasters and emergencies. 

This event is presented by the Green Country Hamfest, Inc., a 501C3 non-profit corporation, and sponsor of the Green Country Hamfest Scholarship.

Tickets are available at the door: Children 12 and under are free, Adults are $10.00 and are available at the door.
