[ARRL-OK] WINTER WEATHER INFO FOR ARES-OK

TO ALL ARES-OK,                                            
 
Most of Oklahoma is seeing winter weather today and Thursday - ranging from rain, sleet, snow to ice.
 
Per NWS briefings damaging ICE should miss Oklahoma.
 
Kansasand Missouri will see significant snow fall.  
Portions of Arkansas may be affected by damaging ice and are currently under an ICE STORM WARNING.
 
ARES-OK is not on STAND-BY, yet Net Controllers are asked to pay special attention to any EMERGENCY TRAFFIC from the effected section that is directed to Oklahoma SM or SEC.
