*All ECs and DECs*,
 
 
SET  REPORTING  REMINDER:
 
There are two (2) diffrent reports that need to be done for this Saturday's SET (10/1/2011).  
 
1)  On Saturday (10/1/2011) there is a short "Status Report" to be sent via the statewide HF nets (see schedule below).
 
2)  Before October 15, 2011 a written report to be sent to the SEC and the ARRL (see the link to the “Form A: EC Simulated Emergency Test Report”  below).

1) Status reporting VIA statewide HF net. 
 
At the end of the day each EC or DEC shall send a status report to the NCS on the Statewide HF Nets. For status reporting there will be two (2) opportunities to contact the NCS on the Statewide HF Nets. 
 
Schedule for status reporting Statewide HF Nets will be:
 
1430L  3900KHz  Lower Sideband Phone     L= Local time     
1500L  7260KHz  Lower Sideband Phone    
 
and a second round of 
 
1530L  3900KHz  Lower Sideband Phone    
1600L  7260KHz  Lower Sideband Phone    
 
The status report message format will be short:
 
County Name & Number (See ARESOK.org): 
EC or DEC in charge of local SET: (Name, Call)
Local Start Time – local End Time
Local Freq(s). of Net(s):   (Can be more than one.)
Number of TACTICAL traffic handled:
Number of FORMAL written traffic handled:
Number of participants:
Any comments: 
 
 
2) Written report to SEC and the ARRL.
 
EC or DEC shall e-mail your SET summaries to the ARES-Oklahoma SEC at n7xyo at arrl.net  and copy ARRL Headquarters via  sewald at arrl.org .
