[ARRL-OK] Reminder - Send SET Summaries before 10/15

All ECs and/or DECs,
 
Reminder to PLEASE send your SET Summaries to both the SEC and the ARRL.
SEND YOUR SUMMARIES INBEFORE October 15, 2011.

EC and/or DEC shall e-mail your SET Summaries to the ARES-Oklahoma SEC at n7xyo at arrl.net  and copy ARRL Headquarters via  sewald at arrl.org .   
 
TO SEND YOUR SUMMARIES:
USE " FORM A" -- DOWNLOAD the “Form A: EC Simulated Emergency Test Report” - from: http://www.arrl.org/files/file/Public%20Service/Form%20A%20SET%202011.doc
 
TIP: The "FORM A" will open as a Word document - fill in the blanks, save the completed report and then attached it to an e-mail and e-mail your report to ARES-Oklahoma SEC at n7xyo at arrl.net  and copy ARRL Headquarters via  sewald at arrl.org
