Ok... the plan is.
Freq and schedule:
3987.5 KHz between 1000 and 1200 Hrs Local. Listening for ARK Health Dept.
** On Monday May 16 - we need TWO volunteers in the OKC area to help.
The volunteers will be listening for a message and then sending a reply back to the Arkansas Health Dept.
Keeping it simple, one operator would be respond to the served agency's offices in
OKC (and then would operate from your car with a good mobile rig).
The second operator would operate from the comfort of your home station -
provided you monitor local repeater or reach the mobile station via
simplex and then in turn pass the message via HF to Arkansas.
If you are in the OKC area and can help on Monday, May 16th 10am thru Noon...
