[ARRL-OK] ARES HF net

Joe N5TEX did a nice job as Net Contro for this Sunday's ARES HF netl.  There were 28 check ins.  Poor conditions on 80 meters, and 40 meters faded right at net start time... but with the help from several relays the net went well.

We need to get more operators from counties to checking in - The ARES HF net every Sunday at 2130UTC on 7.260 MHz (alt freq 3.900 MHz)+/- QRM
