OH there's so many ways around this that there should be NO need to
send this request to an entire LIST.

1.  As already mentioned, filtering in Gmail works SO good.

2.  I get this list in digest.  http://mailman.qth.net/ lets you log
on to the list with your email address and password.  One can select
digest from there.  Since I care too much about my amateur radio
friends in the Oklahoma Section, I use my delete key once on this
list.

3.  http://mailman.qth.net/ lets you get off the list the same way you
got ON the list.  No harm, no foul, and only the moderator(s) will
know or care.
