Greetings All,

Being a Six-lander I am somewhat familiar with the ground shaking beneath
my feet...4.7? Heck that is two Semi's speeding down I-40 side by side. I
was in the Philippines for the 8.8 in April of 1990 (I think) that was a
real crowd pleaser.

If anyone is interested in building a very crude and inexpensive
seismograph. Drop me an email and I will explain the workings. We used these
in

California in the 80's and typically had the epicenter with in a mile and
usually a little faster than CalTech. Uses the same principles as RDF.
