I attempted to respond to Kevin's post this AM, but "aresoklahoma reflector" does not like me.  What I said is that we are watching this bill.  We have no idea why the Senate would pass such an encompassing language.  We sure do not want the House to pass this in it's present form.  The House has a good bill HB 3250 which addresses 'texting' and use of cell phones without 'bluetooth' or wireless.  
We plan to have a good discussion about all of this tomorrow in the ARRL Forum here at Green Country.  Thanks for all of your input and we will keep you apprised of the outcome.
