[ARRL-OK] This Saturday's Emergency Communications Exercise (SET) in TULSA

The only HF we plan for this SET is a net report to the SEC and SM via routine NTS traffic nets.

ALL ARES OK Volunteers - Saturday December 11, 2010 Tulsa County ARES will conduct Simulated Emergency Communications Exercise (SET) involving the area hospitals, and other serves agencies in the area.  This SET will be open to participation from any ARES volunteer.


ANYONE WISHING TO PARTICIPATE - PLEASE COME TO THE 0900L TRAINING & BRIEFING @ The Martin Regional Library @ 2601 S. Garn anett Rd, Tulsa.  

Time line for that day (subject to change):

0900-1100L Training and Briefing at Martin East Regional Library in Tulsa
                   Martin Regional Library @ 2601 S. Garnett Rd, Tulsa
1101-1259L Lunch on your own  
1300L Operators to their stations/positions
1400L Net Traffic begins
          After Net operations conclude and all stations report QRT.
1630L All participants gather (location TBD) for debriefing. 

Anyone interested in participating, observing, or just checking things out should come to the Training and Briefing at Martin East Regional Library in Tulsa @ 0900L.

Will there be an HF net or watch frequency? Any test messages that will need routing to locations outside the Tulsa area? / Sam W5CU
