 Through a special arrangement with Bill Edgar, N3LLR, Director of the
 ARRL Atlantic Division, members of the West Gulf Division have been
 invited to attend a Webinar scheduled for Saturday,  September 12, 2000
 at 9:30 am to 11:00 am CDT featuring Laura Smith, FCC Special Counsel
 for Amateur Radio Enforcement.

 There will be a question and answer period at the end of the
 presentation.

 There is no fee to attend this Webinar if you listen to the Webinar
 through your computer speakers.  If you call in via land line telephone
 to hear the audio portion, you may have to pay for a long distance
 call.
