Dave
TX has a bill in the legislature which would allow you an accommodation for
CC&R. I have not heard that it passed, but will find out more for you.
Our new Director, David Woolweaver, and the TX Gov liaison are pushing this
bill. I'll find out where it is at and give you a copy of draft.
As far as HR2160, it is just a resolution asking the FCC to survey and
attempt some changes to deal with CC&R.
Thanks for asking and I'll get you more info.
Eddie

What should we do to encourage this bill to pass? It's just become No.
1 priority to me since our new house in Katy has all kinds of deed
restrictions including no antennas!

--
And friends are friends forever
If the Lord's the Lord of them
And a friend will not say "Never"
'Cause the welcome will not end
Though it's hard to let you go
In the Father's hands we know
That a lifetime's not too long
To live as friends
