[ARRL-OK] ARES meeting in Tulsa

I want to know also [NGO], Dean.    One of the latest needs for 
Interoperability during emergencies is 'plain language' -- no 10 codes or 
acronyms!  Spell it out if you want to communicate - others may not know SET 
or ECOM either.
