 The Texas Agri Life Extension Svc announces a one day Amateur Radio course
for the NO CODE Technician License to be held in Quanah , Texas on Saturday
May 2nd.  The class will began promptly at 8 am in the Quanah Community
Center .  Instructors Rod Jackson, Curtis Foote and Bill Price will cover
all material required for the exam.  This class will run from 8 am until 5pm
.  At 6pm the test will be given by a volunteer examiner group from the
Wichita Falls Amateur Radio Society.





A required study guide published by the ARRL,   “The ARRL Ham License Manual”
 must be ordered prior to this class.

The cost of the required study guide is $19.00.



Contact the Agri Life Extension Office for ordering information.   An
additional fee of $14 is required for the exam.



Pre-registration is required for this class.  All students must be
pre-registered by April 29th.
