[ARRL-OK] Upcoming Abandonment of Callsign W5ARC by OKC Red Cross

If somebody knows who has the responsibility to renewor reestablish the W5ARC callsign by OKC Red Cross,please advise him/her.  Currently, KI5DF is shown asthe trustee/custodian in FCC records. Their license expired on 4 Dec 2006, so it must be renewedBEFORE 4 Dec 2008 or the callsign will become availablefor issue to any other licensee as a vanity callsign. 
I have added the email address I have found for KI5DF.I hope that works, but hope that anybody that knows
Mike will contact him before the W5ARC callsign leaves
