[ARRL-OK] LOOKING for MOSFET IC - stp9nc60fp

  This is a MOSFET Power transistor.  It is not stocked by DigiKey, Mouser, or any of the common suppliers.  However, Avnet and Arrow Electronics are ST distributors.  You might get stuck with a minimum, but you may also be able to get one "sampled" to you.  If all else fails you might call ST, they have an office in the Dallas area, and you might get one thru them.  This  however is a telephone gauntlet.  Let me know otherwise and I might be able to bluff sone of the aformentioned into giving me one.  EE's can usually get free parts like this.

We checked at Allied in Tulsa.. but no go.

Any idea as to where he can find one?
