Hear Dr. Glenn Johnson, W0GJ, talk about the VU7RG 2007 DXpedition
to Lakshadweep Island

Newcomers are welcome at the Ham-Com 2007 DX dinner!  This is a
great opportunity to find out about the exciting world of
DXpeditions and get started in DX!

The Lone Star DX Association dinner is scheduled for Friday,
June 8, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Southfork Hotel,
1600 North Central Expressway (U.S. Highway 75), the headquarters
hotel for Ham-Com and the DX hospitality room.  The hotel still
has rooms available at the special Ham-Com rate.  Call toll-free
1-866-665-2680 for reservations.  The hotel web site is available
through the Ham-Com web site.

Many generous donors have contributed thousands of dollars in door
prizes to both the W5DXCC DX dinner June 8 and the DX programs
sponsored by the Lone Star DX Association, June 8-9 at Ham-Com
2007 in Plano TX.

The main DX Dinner door prizes include not one, but  TWO  Grand
prizes:  Tennadyne has donated a $725.00 gift certificate for a
Tennadyne T8 log periodic antenna, or if the winner chooses, a
Cubix Quad antenna of their choice.  The second grand prize will
be a computer-controlled 4500 series Alpha Radio Products SWR/PWR
meter.
