Boy this one is moving along fast.  I checked the status of HB 1037 - the 
"prb1 bill" by Representative Sherrer, and now we have an author in the 
Senate -- Senator Burrage.  The bill has moved out of the Governmental 
Committee with a "DO PASS" recommendation.  What this means is that it will 
appear on the calendar of the House of Representatives for a vote.

We need to now contact our local State Representative and encourage them to 
vote for HB 1037.

The only opposition that might come up is from municipalities who may 
already have restrictions in their local ordnances.  Don't worry about this, 
let's just see if we can get the bill put thru this year.

Go to:  http://www.lsb.state.ok.us/ and find your legislator ... contact 
them and let them know that HB 1037 is a GOOD bill.
