[ARRL-OK] Tulsa Area ARES/RACES Net CHANGES

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays,

Starting in January there will be a few minor tweaks to the Tuesday night
Tulsa Area ARES/RACES Net.

The net will continue to be on the 146.880- 88.5 PL Tulsa repeater (back
up 146.940-) and held every Tuesday evening at 2100hrs LOCAL.

The Net Control Station Schedule will be:
WK1 NCS DEC, EC, A-DEC or A-EC & Back up-NCS
WK2 NCS Red Cross RRT & Back up-NCS
WK3 NCS TAEMA RRT  & Back up-NCS
WK4 NCS MERC/THD RRT & Back up-NCS
WK5 NCS TRAINING NET Rotated between A-EC/OES, DEC, EC, A-DEC or A-EC &
Back up-NCS

It is really important that we work toward ALL of the local ARES
leadership checking into and monitoring the entire net every week when
possible. Also I challenge all Tulsa and surrounding area ARES volunteers
to strive to check in and monitor the entire net each week.

Tulsa Area ARES/RACES Net is NOT a net only for one particular club’s
members or for only ARES/RACES registered volunteers. No matter your club
affiliation, or where you live, if you are a valid Amateur Radio License
holder, and can hear the net you are encouraged and welcome to check in to
the weekly Tuesday night Tulsa Area ARES/RACES Net.
