Oklahoma Legislation
HB 1037 "the antenna bill = PRB 1" was essentially dead as introduced, but because it has been amended to another bill which was passing thru the legislature, we have our bill revived.   1037's language has been incorporated into SB 426 and 426 has already passed the House and awaiting action in the Senate.  I will watch it closely next week for action.
