On Friday November 17, 2006 volunteers from Tulsa County Amateur Radio
Emergency Service (ARES) will be providing backup communications for
Okmulgee County Health Dept Mass Immunization And Prophylaxis Site
(MIPS)exercise at the request of the Okmulgee County Office of Emergency
Management.
We will be doing a test from Downtown Okmulgee on 40 meters at 10:00am CST

At the times above, Please listen for and make contact with N7XYO. I will
using 2 40M hamsitcks mounted as a dipole at about 10ft. off the ground.
I will be looking for signal reports and locations.
This is a test of using the NVIS technique with in an urban area.
Your help with this test is appreciated.
