IT'S FINALY HERE! THE 2006 GREEN COUNTRY HAMFEST - THIS WEEKEND!

This year’s Green Country Hamfest to host ARRL Oklahoma Section Convention.
This is a fun and educational event for Amateur Radio Operators,
electronics radio, communication hobbyist, interested members of the
public and their families.

WHEN: Fri. March 17, 2006, 5 - 9 p.m., & Sat. March 18, 2006, 8 am – 5 p.m.
WHERE: Claremore Expo Center, 400 Veterans Parkway, Claremore, Okla. (20
minutes northeast of Tulsa on Historic Route 66)

Admission is $10.00 per person at the door(One ticket covers both days)
Children 12 and under are Free.
Flea Market Tables are $15.00 at the door
Electricity is $15.00 - Cords not provided
Setup for vendors and flea market starts at:
NOON Friday and at 7 AM on Saturday of the hamfest.
ATTENTION: any prereg table not claimed by 8:30 Saturday morning will be
resold without refund.

The annual Green Country Hamfest will host the ARRL Oklahoma Section
Convention. This is the largest gathering of amateurs radio operators in
Okla. Hams will be attending from all over Oklahoma and the surrounding
states. The Claremore Expo Center in the heart of Will Rogers country is an
ideal location for this convention with free parking, ample space for the
many displays, vendors/dealers, and education forums. The Green Country
Hamfest is open to all amateur radio operators, interested members of the
public and their families.

This is a great opportunity for hams and interested parties to learn more
about this exciting hobby and valuable asset to our communities; during
emergencies. This event is presented by the Green Country Hamfest, Inc., a
501C3 non-profit corporation, and sponsor of the Green Country Hamfest
Scholarship.
