Howdy Y'all,
December 3, 2005 is SKYWARN Recognition Day :) As you saw the other day,
the OKARKSKYWARN.org group in Tulsa, Okla. has lots planed. I know last
year a bunch of visitors had a great time checking out all the toys and
checking into the net.
Does anyone have info about what the HAMS at the Norman office (or in the
OKC area) are doing?
On http://hamradio.noaa.gov/ this is listed...
WX5OUN NORMAN, OK 70CM 2 6 10 15 20 40 80 PHONE CW
But there are no other details :(
Are there any other groups planning on doing something that day as part of
SKYWARN Recognition Day?
Please let me know. I would like to do a state wide press release, and
the Who, What, When, Where, and Why's are always very helpful.
Please let me know, what you know :) Please feel free to drop me a e-mail
to n7xyo at arrl.net

PS: Are you a ARRL PIO? Is a group in your area active? Please let me
hear from you... I know you're out there.
