[ARRL-OK] ABATE/Marine Corps Toys for Tots Toy Run is Dec. 11.

The ABATE / Marine Corps annual Toys for Tots Toy Run is December 11.
Amateur Radio will be there to help with communications.
We will need approximately 20 amateurs for this public service project.
Starting at 10 a.m. 5 of the hams will help with the lineup of
approximately 40,000 motorcycles at 51st and Riverside in Tulsa, Ok.

The remaining 15 amateurs will need to be on stations at about 12:30 p.m.
This group will be assist with communications, traffic control and
emergencies during the ride. The event is expected to end around 3:00 p.m.

Volunteers will need good HT (5 watt) extra batteries, a earbud, head
phones or head set with boom mic. If you own a reflective vest, bring it.
A few locations will be able operate near your car, most will not. Dress
for the weather, bring a folding chair, water, etc. you will be on station
for about 3 hours.
