[ARRL-OK] Another Legislative Issue

I woudl doubt that this "Bill" has any hopes for success.  
The next thing you konw is the government would restrict GPS reception!
Then it's on to taxing emails on the internet  OH NOOOOOOOOO!
 
Nothing is free.  It may appear that way to some that look directly at the product who benifit without direct renumoration.   Somebody is paying somewhere!

2. The NWS and NCAR have developed most if not all of the software that makes the raw radar data useful to the end users, also at taxpayer expense, so they do have the capability to make the data useful to about any end user.
