[ARRL-OK] New Repeater

There's a  repeater on  146.985 with a PL of 110.9

It has coverage in NE OK and NW AR.

It is open for all to use, according to the trustee, KC5DBH.

It is a welcome addition to the communications infrastructure in NE OK.
