TRO we will once again stage and provide communications for the Tulsa State
Fair Parade on the morning of Saturday, October 2. You will need a
handheld, comfortable shoes, headphones or an earplug and hearing
protectors. A light jacket, sweater or heavy shirt will also help because
the temperature should be cool when we gather at the staging area. We all
meet at 7:30 a.m. in the F&M Bank parking lot at 13th and Harvard.
TRO will provide the doughnuts and HOT coffee.

To volunteer TODAY please contact Doug Lee KC5ZQM at kc5zqm at juno.com or
call 510-2396.

ALSO:
TRO will also provide communications support for the Tulsa Run, Saturday,
Oct. 30. Volunteers need to sign up as soon as possible, because we must get
the assignments into volunteers hands several days early so they can report
directly to their assigned positions before the police close off the
streets. The race starts at 8:30 a.m. For more information about the Tulsa
Run, such as a description of the route or the schedule of events, go to
www.tulsarun.com. To volunteer for either the Fair Parade or the Tulsa Run,
contact Doug Lee KC5ZQM at kc5zqm at juno.com or call 510-2396.
