[ARRL-OK] Hoax "Amber Alert"

Once again, the phony "Amber Alert" about
a missing girl named Penny Brown is making
the rounds of eMail.  This has been around
since before October 2001 when it was first
declared to be a hoax.

Please don't forward this if you receive it and
please inform the person who sent it to you
that it is a hoax.  It appears that this one is
getting legs as long as the boy who was
supposedly dying of cancer or other incurable
disease and was collecting this, that, or the
other thing to get into Guinness records.
