Kudos to the Ada ARC for reactivating its League affiliation. Have just
received word of the Southern OK ARES(Ardmore) group becoming League
affiliated, as well. Central OK Radio Amateurs (CORA) is moving rapidly
toward the same affiliation. Great job crew as your effort to have a strong
connection to the League is greatly appreciated with substantial benefits to
accrue. Great community outreach by the Choctaw ARC. The group donated the
League library set of books to the community's new library and a Now You're
Talking licensing textbook to the city fire chief. Appreciate the club
allowing the SM to participate in the activity. The Elk City Hamfest of March
6 was vy enjoyable with good interaction, a well attended League forum and
vendors to meet attendees purchase ideas quite well. Thanks to Earl-N5NEB,
and many others for the effort and hospitality.

On Tuesday March 23 at 7:30 the two National Weather Service staff, as above,
will make a presentation at the The Tulsa Repeater Organization club meeting.

The OU Amateur Radio club will have an Antenna day on Saturday April 10. The
event will be held at Norman's Westheimer's Airport from 9 am to 12 noon.
