Saturday from EM-18 we will launch a balloon with an APRS beacon with
GPS payload from Central Kansas. It will have the callsign WB0DRL-11
and will be on 144.34 MHz. The balloon is expected to follow the jet
stream east from Kansas. The KA0MR-15 Igate will pipe into the
Servers as long as it can see it. It is expected to be able to see
the APRS for about 400 miles. We need some Igates in the eastern
regions of the U.S. to switch thier recievers to 144.34 MHz if it
possible to trak this via Internet APRS Servers.

The chase team will be on 7.155 MHz as well. It will launch in the
morning of Saturday Jan 13 ,2004
