I just found out that the ARRL.net will reject any e-mail that has more than
one address in it.

I received the following from the folks at QSL.net:

<<As suspected and now confirmed by a tech (thanks to Dick Flanagan for the
contact help) at ARRL, they are refusing any mail that has more than 1
recipient on it. They did not confirm or deny that they would implement any other
spam controls.

What this means is if we want to continue sending mail to subscribers with
ARRL addresses, we have to send individual messages to everyone (which we are
doing now). We were sending a messages with 30 addresses on each one which
meant mail went out much faster.

So far we seem to be able to deliver messages in a timely fashion but during
peak periods, users may see delays, and since this version of Mailman works on
the LIFO (last in first out) method, some mail can be delayed until the peak
traffic drops off.>>
