[ARRL-OK] OKC Repeater Change

Greetings,

The Oklahoma City 147.210 repeater is going to be putting a 141.3 PL tone on 
the machine.  This is to combat an extreme noise issue on the repeater.  The 
repeater is located in an RF rich environment and intermod is causing .21 to 
remain keyed after the input signal drops.  There will be an announcement on the 
repeater IDer to also let folks know about the change.
