Good plan!

Hate to admit anything good could come from Texas though, given their 
history of hiding out in OK.		:)

I am happy to see the list come to life!  Good discussion.

My issue with the bill goes beyond amateur radio, as you can imagine. 
The bill, as it stands now, would prohibit mobile towers, ex. COWS and 
Washington County's trailer-tower.  It could even make new installations 
at police, fire, and EMS centers subject.  It is just not good.

 From my legislators, I learned that the bill is dead for the time 
being.  It may come back later in the session.  We have some time to 
draft some really quality legislation, IF we work together.
