Nothing heard on 14 and 21 MHz



Why do we have to mail these?  Why does the ARRL not accept
e-mail answers....

The 2003 W1AW Frequency Measuring Test is tonight at 8:45 pm OK time.

I would encourage your participation. This is a splendid time to check out 
your rig and operating capabilities.  The details are below.  I have advised 
Joe 
Garcia-NJ1Q W1AW Chief Operator to expect many submissions from the OK 
Section.  He understands that we want the signals to be copyable here in 
OK.....hi

Please send me a copy of your result.  The Section wants to recognize 
participants, not so much for accuracy, but for being active and a 
participant.
