This is NOT the League's fault that code was eliminated by the
International Amateur Radio Union.  The League is but one voice at that
body.

Regardless what the IARU recommends, it will fall to the Federal
Communications Commission to develop any new rules for amateur radio
operations in the United States.  While the League can give some input to
the FCC, you have the same ability.

While I fully support keeping the Code requirement for operations below
30 mHz, I don't support laying blame where there is no evidence of guilt.
