[ARRL-OK] Posting to ARRL-OK and other mailman.qth lists

Come on, folks.  We keep getting messages that have been
partially truncated, or otherwise disrupted due to their
having been posted in HTML, having attachments, etc.

Each one of these messages shows a website at the end of
text for you to visit to learn how to do it right.  It's
about time people heed those instructions.

I have included below, the portion of the most recent
message that includes notifications from the latest
example where the mailman.qth server has provided the
instructions on how to post correctly.
